By signing this release form, I authorize Eyecatcher Iris Photography / Foto Hirsch to take highly detailed photographs of my eyes as part of a creative photographic session. The same authorisation applies for any persons accompanying me or minors who are in my care.

  1. I understand that the final artwork is a personalised, artistic representation and not a medical, diagnostic, or exact biometric image.
  2. I understand that all artwork is custom-made and non-refundable.

I release Eyecatcher Iris Photography from any claims related to these images as outlined above.

I grant permission to Eyecatcher Iris Photography / Foto Hirsch for my iris photo to be used anonymously (no name or identifying details) for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
